Refund policy

U.S. orders

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your journal must be unused, not written in, and returned in its original gift box and packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your journal is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email a photo to info@keaoco.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. You won't need to send the damaged item back.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and digital downloads, including the 7-day devotionals, cannot be returned.

International orders

International orders are final sale. If your journal arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Where local law provides a right to return, such as the 14-day cooling-off period in the European Union, you may return your unused journal within 14 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
